The staff was extremely helpful and the room was brand-new, exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed, making my stay enjoyable and providing excellent service.

Everything. Various things broken or missing from room (blow dryer, lampshades, etc.). Gross everything, not very clean, not welcoming from outside, way too overpriced for the quality.

Overall it is an excellent and great hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was particularly good to events. The staff are amicable and exceptional. The room is brand-new and clean and equipped with climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Our room here had everything we needed - a microwave, fridge, and a good-sized work desk. The bathroom was spotless and had a nice bathtub for relaxing 🛁.

The room was terrible, the ceiling was leaking. There were no towels in the room and only one lamp with a light bulb and one of the chairs has rips in it not worth the $70

A microwave and a refrigerator in my double room were a very thoughtful addition. The bathroom was fairly clean, it was nice to have bathtubs.

The room was brand-new, clean, and suited our needs, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The bathroom and the bed were clean and fine.

BLOOD on bedding ! non smoking room smelled horrible of smoke,headboard was tore off the wall, shower was scummy and again falling out of the wall. Was not offered refund upon finding the blood. Will never return!

room air con worked half the time.no coffee facilities .no towels. no soap. hard mattresses. cheap pillows made hard to sleep on. old cigerette buts not removed and WiFi didnt connect.never will go back to your motel.free breakfast was too basic so went down the road to Dennys.

I loved my spotless, modern room and the cozy bed, also the staff were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch.

the price was resonable

no phone in room, beds were not made, door wouldn't shut had to chain it shut. Just an over all terrible experience. Oh yeah t.v. didn't even work.

The facilities have not been updated for at least 10 years. Wall air conditioner was broken so the room was hot. The room was very old and dirty.

Didn't have a microwave & no little refrigerator in the room There wasn't any muffins, or jelly only bread to make toast only 2 cereals not much at all for breakfast The room needed cleaned alittle better (deep cleaned)

Not far from downtown Indy.

There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases, dead spiders in the bathtub, and cob webs on the lights. The room did not look like it had been cleaned.
